Ever since tablets first started it is started to gain popularity and
now it seems that tablets are on the verge of replacing the laptops. So
depending on this huge amount of popularity every company who deals in
electronic gadgets is trying to catch this huge amount of market. So
far, the core difference in Tablets has been the operating system,
normally laptop has windows and tablet has android (except IOS) .Asus
has tried to catch up both tablet and laptop market by combining both OS
in one single gadget by launching Asus Transformer AiO.
As
the name suggest it can transform from pc to tablet or tablet to pc. The
Transformer AiO has made it very easy by using two separate processors,
one for Windows 8 and other for Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. For Windows OS
Transformer use i5 or i7 processor along with 8 GB Ram and for Android
4.1 Jelly Bean it use Nvidia Tegra 3 processor with 1 GB of Ram.
A
dock or base (like a stand for placing the Tab) is comes with it which
comes in very handy as it gives you a optimal view angle. When docked
and Windows mode is on, it is just like fully functional Windows 8 PC,
featuring an 18.4-inch 1080p full HD capacitive IPS display.
One
can easily switched to Android 4.1 by a simple pressing a button or
completely removing it from the base, then it transformed to the largest
android tab ever. Although it does not contained any camera on the back
but it’s base contains the DVD drive plus four USB ports, an
MMC/SD/SDHC card slot.
Asus informed that the Transformer AiO will be available soon starting at $1,299.
